Chakra Visualization  
Find a quiet spot where you can sit undisturbed for 5 or 10 minutes. Yes, that's all you will need for a quick chakra balancing. Get yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths. Breath deeply and slowly. Relax your whole body and feel all the tension starting to release. Focus your attention on your feet and feel the muscles in your feet tense and then relax. Keep breathing deeply and slowly. Inhale slowly and exhale slowly in a gentle rhythm. Now place your attention on your calves and breath in slowly, and as you exhale, slowly release all tension in your calves.Now work your way up to your knees and thighs and hips. Breathing slowly and deeply. Relax all your muscles. Release tension with every exhale. Feel your abdomen relax and as you do, it feels easier to breathe deeply. Now relax all your muscles in your back and chest. Keep breathing slowly and deeply. Feel your muscles in your neck relax as you exhale tension. Keep breathing slowly and deeply. Now feel all the muscles in your face relax as you continue to breathe deeply. Even your eyelids are relaxed. Now focus your attention on your scalp. Release all tension as you continue to breathe deeply. As you are feeling totally relaxed, visualize a red bubble of light at the base of your spine the size of a large cantelope. Breath slowly and deeply. Breath in red and see this bubble rise up higher to a point half way up to your navel
and the bubble gently changes to a brilliant orange. Inhaling slowly and exhaling slowly.
Breath in orange. Now see this orange bubble rise up higher on your body up to your navel and as you do, it gently changes to a brilliant yellow bubble. Keep breathing slowly.  Breath in yellow. Relax. Inhaling slowly and exhaling slowly. Now see this yellow bubble rise up to the centre of your chest and change to a beautiful emerald green.  Inhale slowly and exhale slowly. Breathe in green. Relax.
Now see this beautiful soothing green rise up to your throat and gently turn to a brilliant turquoise bubble. Breath in this turquoise color. Inhale slowly and exhale slowly. Relax and see this bubble rise up again to the centre of your forehead and shift to a beautiful indigo blue. Breathe in this blue. Inhale slowly and exhale slowly. Now see this beautiful blue bubble rise up to the top of your head and
gently change to a brilliant purple. Breath in purple. Breathe slowly and deeply. As you breath this bubble grows and expands and shifts to a brilliant white light. This brilliant white light expands and grows until you are entirely surrounded by a relaxing, soothing, healing, protective, brilliant bubble of white light. Continue to breath and feel the energy within and all around you. Feel this energy healing and soothing every cell in your body. Feel it soothing your mind and emotions.
Know that you are balanced, soothed, relaxed and feeling better than when you began this meditation. Linger in this relaxing state as long as you want. When you are ready....breath deeply and open your eyes feeling completely refreshed and revitalized. You can return to this relaxed state whenever you wish.
