Touch for Health, a form of Energy Medicine designed by John F. Thie, D.C., is a wonderful system for balancing the natural energy flow of the meridians in the body. Using a technique of isolating various muscles and testing them, meridian weaknesses can be revealed and then corrected via acupressure, neuro-lymphatic massage points or through a variety of other strategies. Consistent meridian weakness may be linked with specific nutritional or health imbalances.
